Desireé has been a wedding industry professional for over 18 years and created the award-winning company Dejanae Events, named after her beautiful daughter, in 2000. While servicing clients in the Chicagoland area and nationally, Desireé also became a Certified Wedding and Event Planning Instructor at Elgin Community College (2007-2012), Triton College (2014-current), Waubonsee Community College (2018-current) and authored WEDology Notebook: For The Budget-Chic Bride© in 2010. As her award-winning business grew, she wanted to pass along the techniques and procedures that have worked for her throughout her 16+ year wedding and event planning career. Through her coaching and mentoring program, Desireé will personally share with you the do’s and don'ts of creating a successful wedding and event planning business as well as answer those pressing questions that have plagued you from the start of your career.
