Allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and sent out for shipping.
Estimated shipping and arrival:
United States: 5-7 business days
Canada: 10-15 business days
Please note the shipping times estimated at checkout are not guaranteed by WEDology Store as items are shipped by USPS.
All items shipped include tracking that is provided to you in an email to you when your item is shipped.
Should your order not arrive by the date noted on your shipping confirmation, please let us know immediately. If the address you gave us is incorrect, unfortunately we will not be able to resend the order at our expense. Once you provide us with the correct address, we will send you an invoice for the new shipping amount.
If the address is correct and the package has not arrived, please e-mail us at Hello@DejanaeEvents.com with your shipping confirmation number and will be more than happy to re-ship your order at our expense.
If an item should arrive damaged we must be notified as soon as the item arrives up to 48 hours upon arrival so that you can be sent a new item at our expense. Please submit a photo showing the damage as well as your order number to Desiree@DejanaeEvents.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
